    Our service scope, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal provided before work begins.

2. Use of Website

You agree to:

  • Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our site without prior written consent.
  • Not engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the website or its functionality.

3. Payment Terms

  • All fees and charges are stated in the proposal or contract.
  • Payment schedules will be defined in your service agreement.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only if eligible under the terms of your service agreement.
  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5-7 working days.
  • The credited amount may take an additional 2-3 working days to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider’s or bank’s processing time.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information promptly.
  • Approve or provide feedback within agreed timelines.
  • Obtain necessary rights and permissions for any materials you supply.
  • Remain responsible for your business compliance with advertising laws.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, graphics, code, and materials created by us remain our property until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, you will be granted rights to the final deliverables as outlined in your agreement.
  • You may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute our work without written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other tools to deliver services. You are bound by their terms and policies, and we are not responsible for changes or issues within those platforms.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., #1 search rankings, sales increases) due to the nature of digital marketing and market factors beyond our control.
  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sierra Growth Marketing Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you violate these terms or fail to meet payment obligations. Upon termination, outstanding payments will be immediately due.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of GUJARAT/INDIA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of GUJARAT/INDIA.
